      WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

      We offer a hassle-free return policy for a maximum duration of 15 days from the date of delivery. We also accept partial returns so that you can raise a return request for one of your products in an order with multiple products.

      HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

      As a company policy, we do not provide refund/cancellation on any products sold. Once VAPH’s are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or store credit. The store credit can be used within 6 months.

      HOW LONG IS THE EXCHANGE TIMELINE?

      On receiving the return, our team will take up to 2 working days to inspect the product. If all our conditions for return/replacements are met, our team will dispatch your desired replacement promptly and will notify you via email.

      WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS TO EXCHANGE/RETURN A PRODUCT?

      Our inspection team would verify the following conditions to process the exchange,

      • The product should be unused and in its original condition. You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, making sure that any smell does not transfer to the product (natural body odour, body deodorant, perfume etc.)
      • The price tags, brand tags, shoe-box and all original packaging must be present in its original state.
      • The product must be returned within 15 days

      Any extra’s (extra insoles, shoe fillers, shoehorn etc.) received must be returned along with the product.

      CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT PRODUCT?

      Yes, if the exchange is for a different colour of the same product or the same order value. In case of a the difference in the order value, the additional amount to be settled will have to be paid before dispatch and the excess amount will be sent as store credit to the customer.
