What is your exchange & return policy?

We follow a 15 day exchange & return policy if the product is returned back by you in it’s original condition and un-used with all the tags, documents and the shoe bag. For more information please click on the exchange & return policy.

What if I entered the wrong address or I want to change the shipping address?

You will have to contact us immediately to get it changed. You can email us at info@vaph.in or call us to get this changed before it’s dispatched. We will not be responsible if the shipment has been dispatched to a wrong address provided by you

Can an item on sale be returned?

Yes, it can if it meets with the 15-day return policy. Unless specified otherwise.

Do you provide refunds for your products sold?

As a company policy we do not provide refunds on any products sold. You can exchange a product for a replacement or you can opt for a store credit which you can use on the website at any time.
